Transmission 2.02 brings the following changes:

- Fix NAT-PMP port forwarding issue on some systems
- Fix filename errors for torrents whose files are encoded in ISO-8859-1

- Fix the RPC server's redirect URL to allow HTTPS proxies like stunnel
